Borage plants in our garden
There are several Borage plants in our garden this year.
They are tall and with abundant blooms in a pleasant blue color.
They attract a lot of bees.
Some people use their leaves in salads, but we don't like their taste.
Their colors, apart from being beautiful, are used in cooking for decoration or in the summer they are added to cooling drinks.
I also really like them for creating beautiful herbariums.
