Today is one of those days that I get philosophical about missing and wishing that the good times with my family will be repeated. Many will think that I have the perfect family for saying this and the truth is that I don't, we all have flaws and understanding each other is difficult, but love always wins and that is what has kept us together so far. My mom and my grandmother are a very important part of my life because each one was there for me always and even though for a long time my grandmother raised me, since my mom lived in Spain and my grandmother took the responsibility of supporting me, educating me and feeding me, she was always very strict with me and that confidence to sit and tell me stories I only had with my mom and until now it is still like that. My grandmother was/is everything to me, but if you say late nights, that is with my mom 100%; she is a comedy or a bonche as we say in Venezuela, we can stay up until the wee hours of the morning just telling stories and laughing, so much so that we wake up the people in the house with our laughter. On the other hand, my grandmother is a little more rigid, but over the years she became very comical and under her strong character, I imagine that it is also due to the fact that her responsibilities are over and I have to spoil her as much as I can and give her back all the good things she gave me, which is really something I do from my heart because it is something I am born to do. That is why the fact that they have come to my house, are memories and moments that I carry anchored and every time I see the pictures we took, I smile because the photos speak for themselves, that expression of happiness on the face of my grandmother, is something that I would pay my whole life to see it always, she deserves it. This time they were here, is reduced to one word "Happiness" and that is what I wanted to achieve and I achieved, but still, all good things end quickly and my months by their side, were a blink of an eye, so today I share with you these pictures of happy moments in family to remind you that if you have your mom, dad or grandparents nearby, hug them tightly and show them that you love them from your heart, value those times that life gives you in person, they are valuable even if you don't believe it and even if we make them monotonous, from time to time a simple "I love you", recharges the battery of the heart and soul to 100%. When we really love and things happen that bother us with the people we love, we must think that the things that happen, just happen with time and if you have the tools to solve the inconveniences, DO IT, because at the end of the road you will understand that the things you did, you did it for your own emotional well being. That's what family is all about, the real family that is always there to support you and give you a hand and it doesn't necessarily have to be the same blood family, there are families that life gives you and sometimes they are even worth more than the ones with the same blood ties, that's life, but in reality when we learn to understand it, it is truly beautiful. Hoy es uno de esos días que me pongo filosófica a extrañar y desear que los buenos momentos en familia se repitan. Muchos pensarán que tengo la familia perfecta por decir esto y la verdad es que no, todos tenemos defectos y entenderse es difícil, pero siempre gana el amor y es lo que hasta ahora nos ha mantenido unidas. Mi mamá y mi abuela son una parte muy importante en mi vida porque cada una estuvieron ahí para mí siempre y a pesar de que por un largo tiempo mi abuela me crio, ya que mi mamá vivía en España y mi abuela adopto la responsabilidad de mantenerme, educarme y alimentarme, siempre fue muy estricta conmigo y esa confianza de sentarme a echar cuentos solo la tenía con mi mamá y hasta ahora sigue siendo así. Mi abuela lo fue/es todo para mí, pero si de trasnocharse se dice, eso es con mi mamá al 100%; ella es una comedia o un bonche como decimos en Venezuela, nos podemos quedar hasta la madrugada simplemente echando cuentos y riéndonos, tanto así que despertamos a la gente en la casa con nuestras risas. En cambio, mi abuela es un poco más rígida, pero con el pasar de los años se volvió bien cómica y bajo su carácter fuerte, me imagino que también es por el hecho de que ya culminaron sus responsabilidades y me toca consentirla lo más que pueda y retribuirle todo lo bueno que me dio, que realmente es algo que hago de corazón porque me nace. Por eso el hecho de que hayan venido a mi casa, son recuerdos y momentos que los llevo anclados y que cada vez que veo las fotos que nos tomamos, sonrió porque las fotos hablan por sí solas, esa expresión de felicidad en el rostro de mi abuela, es algo que pagaría toda mi vida entera por verlo siempre, se lo merece. Este tiempo que estuvieron aquí, se reduce a una sola palabra “Felicidad” y es lo que quería lograr y logré, pero aun así, todo lo bueno se acaba rápido y mis meses a su lado, fueron un abrir y cerrar de ojos, por eso hoy comparto con ustedes estas fotografías de momentos felices en familia para recordarles que si tienes a su mamá, papá o abuelos cerca, abrácenlos muy fuerte y demuéstrenles que los aman de corazón, valoren esos tiempos que la vida les regala en persona, son valiosos aunque no lo crean y aunque los volvamos monótonos, de vez en cuando un simple “Te amo”, recarga la batería del corazón y del alma a un 100%. Cuando queremos de verdad y pasan cosas que nos molestan con esas personas que queremos, debemos pensar en que las cosas que pasan, simplemente pasan con el tiempo y si tienes las herramientas para solventar los inconvenientes, HAZLO, porque al final del camino entenderás que las cosas que hiciste, lo hiciste por tu propio bienestar emocional. De eso se trata la familia, la verdadera familia que siempre está ahí para apoyarte y darte la mano y no necesariamente tiene que ser la misma familia de sangre, hay familia que la vida te regala y a veces hasta valen más que las que llevan tu mismo lazo sanguíneo, así es la vida, pero en realidad cuando la aprendemos a entender, es verdaderamente hermosa. ¡Besos y abrazos!
