A Traditional Place that Takes you Back to your Ancestors - Eng&Esp

Yesterday, we went to a very nice place called Julia, I know I had previously talked about this place for its delicious coffees, but this time it is even more special, since I went with my family and they were delighted with how nice this restaurant is, a very national vibe that makes your throat water, every detail of the place transports you to a famous Venezuelan song, an icon of the Venezuelan llanera music, places, corners, old balconies and stop counting. There is even a fountain inside the restaurant to throw a coin and make a wish. The food is a bit expensive, but they say it is extremely tasty and they sell pure national dishes such as: pabellón, hallacas, cachapas, peeled corn empanadas, arepas, cazuelas, tequeños, asado negro, hervido, fosforeras and so on. My grandmother felt very identified with each corner and although it was a short time where we only shared a coffee with milk as a family, it was a very special and unique night because they did not imagine that we were going out and much less that we would go there. Every family moment is one more memory to cherish. We went to the terrace area because we were with my pet luna and it is the area where you can sit with your dogs, but the weather was very cool and ideal, because although Margarita Island is a tropical place 365 days a year, in December it gets a little colder at night with a cool breeze and the weather is quite enjoyable. They were all delighted with the coffee, but I must confess that there are places where I have had better coffees, such as Crash or Francelina. I hope to be able to take them to have a better coffee and enjoy it; however, the place, as I say, is worth to know and visit if someday you come to the island of Margarita to spend a few days on vacation and especially if you do not know the typical food of Venezuela that in my opinion, is one of the richest foods in the world (not because I am from here eye hehehe).

El día de ayer, fuimos a un lugar muy lindo llamado Julia, ya anteriormente sé que había hablado de este lugar por sus ricos cafés, pero, esta vez se hace más especial, ya que fui en familia y quedaron encantadas de lo lindo que es este restaurante, una onda bien nacional que te hace aguar la garganta, cada detalle del lugar te transporta a una canción famosa venezolana, un ícono de la música llanera venezolana, lugares, rincones, balcones antiguos y pare de contar. Tiene hasta una fuente adentro del restaurante para lanzar una moneda y pedir un deseo. La comida es un poco costosa, pero dicen que es extremadamente rica y venden puros platos nacionales como: pabellón, hallacas, cachapas, empanadas de maíz pelado, arepas, cazuelas, tequeños, asado negro, hervido, fosforeras y etc. Mi abuela se sintió muy identificada con cada rincón y aunque fue un rato corto donde solo compartimos un café con leche en familia, fue una noche muy especial y única porque no se imaginaban que íbamos a salir y mucho menos que iríamos para allá. Cada momento en familia es un recuerdo más para almacenar. Nos fuimos para el área de la terraza porque andábamos con mi mascota luna y es el área donde pueden sentarse con sus perros, pero el clima estaba muy fresco e ideal, porque a pesar de que la Isla de Margarita es un lugar tropical los 365 días del año, en diciembre pega un poco más de frío en las noches con brisa fresca y se disfruta bastante el clima. Todas quedaron encantadas con el café, pero debo confesar que hay lugares donde he tomado mejores cafés, como en Crash o la Francelina. Espero poder llevarlas para que se tomen un mejor café y lo disfruten; sin embargo, el lugar, como les digo, es digno de conocer y visitar por si algún día vienes a la isla de margarita a pasar unos días de vacaciones y sobre todo si no conoces la comida típica de Venezuela que a mi parecer, es una de las comidas más ricas del mundo (no porque sea de aquí ojo je je).
