The fashion sense of these goats is exactly as the word is used "GOATED". I have a lot of them online before and didn't thinking it's anything more than just fashion.

Many goats often sit by the cremation fires in Varanasi. It means they prefer warmer temperatures... Thus, it might be that those sweaters are practical, but I don't know for sure...
There's certainly a chance they're practical
