Brisbane River fire - C-17A Globemaster III
No we are not being invaded here or going to war in Brisbane Australia.....
Another year of the amazing Brisbane festival River fire is in the books!
This is the best day of the year in Brisbane which celebrates the city with an event called River fire.
We were lucky enough that our good friend has an apartment right next to the Story Bridge which would give us an amazing view of the event!
The event starts off with a C-17A Globemaster III from the RAAF ( Royal Australian Air Force ) fly over the city.
It's so cool to see such a large plane follow the Brisbane River and extremely low to the ground and city buildings.
This fly by was the start to a spectacular fire works display across the Brisbane River which winds its way through the city.
The next event was the jet fight planes fly through. So stay tuned!
