Welcome to my participation for the hives red carpet 2023 with the theme nature, i am so excited to present to you my photo shoot representing my flower girl inspiration for the contest, I am a lover of aesthetics which is why when i was brainstorming for creative for my photos i chose to add aesthetics to my creativity using nature, in my opinion everything in life connects back to nature, seeing that it has been present since the beginning of time, and i am so privilege to be among the contestant for this first challenge.

Inspiration

Like i have mentioned before my creative theme for my nature inspired photo shoot is flower girl, which lead me to picking to use locations with lots of flowers, incorporating flowers in every photo i shot. Besides this fact, i feel that nature is in my favour for my theme in this challenge, because it is spring time in my location, the entire flowers are in full bloom, bringing about my inspiration for the shoot. You can notice in the photos that they are taking in different position, but this is the same location, a yard recreational centre in Lagos with lots of greens and colourful flowers.

Outfit and accessories

I am the creative director of this photo shoot and i decided on every creative aspect for my photos. As a black model, I decide to for my most natural look, relating this to the theme nature, my hair is kinky curly and in a state of afro,i decided to stick some pretty flowers of various colours into my hair as my hair texture allows me to do this, I also used some green leaves too. My outfit is a green floral print chiffon dress, which had a slit and i am wearing glittery green earrings. For my makeup i decided to do a creative floral makeup using graphic liners of pink, green and yellow shades, and also used green coloured eyeshadow to create a bright green eyeshadow look, this look took me about and hour to complete because i was being very diligent.

Photo shoot Session

For the shooting of this pictures, I would like to add that I usually shoot my pictures myself using a tripod to propel the camera and a remote to capture the pictures as I am a content creator already, but today i decided to take my little sister with me, she has been shooting my pictures for a number of years before i started using a tripod stand and she still does on some occasion. We set out at about 10:00 am because i thought the early morning sun was best for the photos and i wanted a fresh vibe. My photo shoot session was a calm and lovely one, it is always like this when my sister shoot my pictures, she is the best because she knows my best angles. we shot in different position in this location, the first being a thick green plant background, this background went well with my outfit as I posed standing in front of it, I also decided to do a picnic shot using a picnic clothing on the floor,as well as a shot sitting on some dried up woods in the corner of a wall, and lastly I have a shot with pink Bougainvillea flowers which where so pretty.

My photos turned out pretty amazing, as the nature was breathtaking with my flower girl inspiration which really matched the aesthetic i was going for, I was really happy with the shots. Inspiración

Como he mencionado antes, mi tema creativo para mi sesión de fotos inspirada en la naturaleza es niña de las flores, lo que me llevó a elegir lugares con muchas flores, incorporando flores en todas las fotos que tomé. Además de este hecho, siento que la naturaleza está a mi favor para mi tema en este desafío, porque es primavera en mi ubicación, todas las flores están en plena floración, trayendo mi inspiración para la sesión. Usted puede notar en las fotos que están tomando en diferentes posiciones, pero este es el mismo lugar, un ** patio centro recreativo en Lagos ** con un montón de verdes y coloridas flores.

Traje y accesorios

Soy la directora creativa de esta sesión de fotos y decidí todos los aspectos creativos de mis fotos. Como modelo negra, opté por mi look más natural, relacionado con el tema de la naturaleza, mi pelo es rizado y está en un estado de afro, decidí pegar algunas flores bonitas de varios colores en mi pelo ya que la textura de mi pelo me lo permite, también utilicé algunas hojas verdes. Mi outfit es un vestido verde de gasa con estampado floral, que tenía una abertura y llevo unos pendientes verdes brillantes. Para mi maquillaje decidí hacer un maquillaje floral creativo usando delineadores gráficos de tonos rosa, verde y amarillo, y también usé sombra de ojos de color verde para crear un look de sombra de ojos verde brillante, este look me tomó alrededor de una hora para completar porque estaba siendo muy diligente.

Sesión de fotos

Para el rodaje de estas fotos, me gustaría añadir que por lo general disparo mis fotos yo mismo usando un trípode para impulsar la cámara y un mando a distancia para capturar las imágenes como yo soy un creador de contenido ya, pero hoy decidí llevar a mi hermana pequeña conmigo, ella ha estado disparando mis fotos para un número de años antes de que yo empecé a usar un trípode y todavía lo hace en algunas ocasión. Salimos sobre las 10 de la mañana porque pensé que el sol de primera hora era lo mejor para las fotos y quería un ambiente fresco. Mi sesión de fotos fue tranquila y encantadora, siempre es así cuando mi hermana hace mis fotos, ella es la mejor porque conoce mis mejores ángulos. hicimos fotos en diferentes posiciones en este lugar, la primera fue con un fondo de plantas verdes, este fondo iba bien con mi atuendo ya que posé de pie delante de él, también decidí hacer una foto de picnic usando ropa de picnic en el suelo, así como una foto sentada en unas maderas secas en la esquina de una pared, y por último tengo una foto con flores de color rosa Bougainvillea que eran tan bonitas.

Mis fotos resultaron bastante sorprendentes, como la naturaleza era impresionante con mi flor chica inspiración que realmente coincide con la estética que iba para, yo estaba muy contento con las fotos.
