Buenas tardes, linda comunidad de Hive, hoy compartiré con ustedes cinco fotos de un viaje que hice hace algunos años a la Gran Sabana, hasta ahora ese viaje sigue siendo uno de mis favoritos hasta ahora y espero poder volver a ir algún día a ese hermoso lugar lleno de naturaleza.
La Gran Sabana es una región localizada al sureste de mi país Venezuela, en el macizo de las Guayanas, también al Sur-este del Estado Bolívar, y que se extiende hasta la frontera con Brasil y Guyana. Este hermoso lugar ofrece paisajes únicos, cuenta con ríos, cascadas y quebradas, valles profundos y extensos, selvas impenetrables, y sabanas que alojan una gran cantidad y variedad de especies vegetales, una fauna diversa, y las mesetas mejor conocidas como tepuyes.
Good afternoon, nice Hive community, today I will share with you five photos of a trip I made some years ago to the Gran Sabana, so far that trip remains one of my favorites until now and I hope to go again someday to that beautiful place full of nature.
The Gran Sabana is a region located in the southeast of my country Venezuela, in the Guayanas massif, also southeast of Bolivar State, and extending to the border with Brazil and Guyana. This beautiful place offers unique landscapes, with rivers, waterfalls and streams, deep and extensive valleys, impenetrable jungles, and savannahs that host a large number and variety of plant species, a diverse fauna, and the plateaus better known as tepuis.
Viaje a la Gran Sabana cuando tenia 15 años con mi hermano, mi hermana y quien era entonces la pareja de mi hermano y su sobrina. Desde el viaje en carretera hasta los diferentes campamentos en los que nos quedamos, todo fue espectacular. Caminamos por montañas, ríos, selvas, conocimos muchos campamentos y lugares que parecían sacados de una película de fantasía medieval.
Una de las cosas que más me gusto de este viaje fue el hecho de acampar rodeada de naturaleza, qué sensación tan pacifica. También conocer los distintos ríos que hay en esa zona y nadar en ellos fue super, el agua era cristalina en la mayoría de ellos y las cascadas hermosas y relajantes.
I traveled to the Gran Sabana when I was 15 years old with my brother, my sister and my brother's then partner and his niece. From the road trip to the different camps we stayed at, everything was spectacular. We hiked through mountains, rivers, jungles, visited many campsites and places that looked like something out of a medieval fantasy movie.
One of the things I liked most about this trip was camping surrounded by nature, what a peaceful feeling. Also getting to know the different rivers that are in that area and swimming in them was super charming, the water was crystal clear in most of them and the waterfalls beautiful and relaxing.
