Así fue mi mes de julio 🌞💕 ESP/ENG 

𝓔𝓼𝓹𝓪𝓷̃𝓸𝓵

Aquí en mi país en pocos minutos ya comienza el mes de agosto, así que ya es hora de despedir al mes de julio, el cual estuvo lleno de momentos en donde hice varias cosas que me gustan tales como compartir con mi mamá, salir con mi amiga Adriany, pasar tiempo de calidad mi gata Mau y comer comida sabrosa.

Siento que julio para mí fue un mes en donde pude relajarme un poco en ciertos aspectos en los que suelo sobre exigirme, he aprendido que no debo sentirme culpable por querer descansar y enfocarme en simplemente pasar un buen rato después de trabajar arduamente por tanto tiempo sancochándome el cerebro (lol). El poder hacer pequeñas cosas significativas como compartir con mis seres queridos y disfrutar de eventualidades que no pasan todo el tiempo, como lo fue el ir al cine para ver Barbie el día de su estreno, más el ir a la playa y comer comida que me gusta, son las cosas que resaltan para mí de este mes saliente y por las cuales me siento agradecida. También hice unas que otras actividades online enfocadas en el aprendizaje bastante interesante y nutritivas, para mí siempre es un buen momento para aprender.

¡Despido julio con optimismo y muchas ganas de hacer de agosto un mes especial! 💕

Here in my country in a few minutes the month of August will begin, so it's time to say goodbye to July, which was full of moments where I did several things I like such as sharing with my mom, hanging out with my friend Adriany, spending quality time with my cat Mau and eating tasty food.

I feel that July for me was a month where I was able to relax a little bit in certain aspects where I usually overdemand myself, I have learned that I shouldn't feel guilty for wanting to rest and focus on just having a good time after working hard for so long and getting my brain fried (lol). Being able to do little meaningful things like sharing with my loved ones and enjoying eventualities that don't happen all the time, like going to the movies to see Barbie on her opening day, plus going to the beach and eating food that I like, are the things that stand out for me from this exiting month and for which I feel grateful. I also did a few online learning-focused activities that were quite interesting and nourishing, for me it's always a good time to learn.

I'm saying goodbye to July with optimism and looking forward to making August a special month! 💕
