Happy Birthday To Me | Was Surprised Today

Today was really a day to remember, like I was really shocked and surprised at the same time, normally I don't celebrate my day and I just act as if it is just a normal day because most times I don't see it as a special day. It was a day most of my friends and roomie where anticipating about but I have been trying my best and also playing silently for them to forget and I also told them I wasn't expecting any beating that day, that is how most people receiving beating every early on their birthday with either pure water or some other things. This morning I was on the bed with the hope of attending church service by 8:30, come back home to eat and sleep but everything changed.

I was first surprised with this birthday cake because I wasn't expecting it, my roomie just called me out of the bedroom that he injured himself why stepping out and I had to rush to the sitting room just to meet him with a cake, I had to rush back inside before coming out, it was really beautiful and sweet..... During service they wanted to surprised me also since my sister had it in mind to rush home and prepare jollof rice and chicken before I return home but something just made me delay her in church and we went home together, along the way she confess that it is hard to even give me a surprise and she told me the plan so we went to the market first, got what we need before going home.

It was really an amazing day which I won't forget in a long while, receiving my first ever cake with my name on it, the fun and merriment, the drinks and all other things.
