As you all know nowadays I'm at my hometown village , Jalta, Jubbal in Himachal Pradesh. And honestly , there is lots more to explore then anyone can imagine. I am here after so long.And on a random evening , I decided to visit a temple , which was add five kilometer from my village.It is a small temple but it is located at extremely beautiful location.So I decided to go there by my vehicle as walking here would took me 2 hours straight and it was already dawn.

The picture shown above is the very first image that I took by reaching there and I was surprised by just looking at the beauty of the nature.It was looking extremely pretty and I couldn't uldn't believe my eye. Everything was perfect around, birds were chirping and slow wind passing through your body makes it even more magical.

Mostly I stay at chandigarh and the temperature here nowadays is around Forty degree celsius , but the temperature at my village hardly reaches to twenty five degree , at very hot sunny day. And add evening it's suddenly drops down. And During the rainy days It became so cold that you have to cover yourself in blanket or you have to wear sweater I this month of May.

me it's perfect in every aspect. The reflection of temple in this water is extremely beautiful. This is giving cool, positive and peaceful vibes. I've been here so many time previously, but never during the time of sunset.And now I can say that I'll be more here during evening time.

Isn't it looking like a painting?The colour in the sky , the details of the temple , the reflection in the pond Is all magical and eye-catching.

About the temple

It is a very small temple located above my village. Add a distance of around 5 kilometres. This temple not only belongs to my village, but it also belongs to 2 other villages as all three villages have common diety or higher power that we all believe in. The name of our diety is Gudaru Devta Maharaj and in my upcoming blogs I'll share more about it.

What attracts me more is this pond in front of this temple and it is a netural pond, covered with lots of bushes and grasses all around. I
Have seen this since childhood.But now the major difference I find is the water in the pond.It has now depleted , and there are lots of reasons for this mostly the global warming and the changing environmental conditions. It
was dark so this is all I was able to capture , and I have captured all these images with the help of my action camera , dji which is my absolutely favourite. There's a childhood memory linked with this pond, I use to sit at the corner and watch the tadpoles and I have tried to capture them many times but instead I end up falling in it.( not in the middle but around the corner). Till date, I don't know how deep it is.I'll ask and let you know about it.

During the month of july , there is a festival which is celebrated here , and It attracts lots of people from Different villages cause nowadays you don't see much village fair happening around. The reason why our 3 villages celebrate this village fair is because it is linked to our Maharaj, and no matter what, we have to celebrate it as an honour and for the peace and blessing in our region. If you are someone, who belongs to Shimla, you can visit this place during 5th of July to get a better idea of the rich culture and heritage, the pahadi people. I'll definitely share about it to let everybody know who is reading this log about my culture and how a village fare is celebrated.

These are some of the pictures of the temple that shows the details of the temple and the work done on it. There is a huge bell, add this temple and it be it is believed that whenever you ring it, it brings a voice and vibration that helps in calming down yo mood and balances all your chakras.
