And in the process of looking for daily income, we overwork or drain our selves, emotionally, physically, intellectually etc. It's understandable that relying on one source of income can make one unstable financially especially in this part of the world "NIGERIA ''.

I've seen a lot of people who get sick or break down in the middle of working, and deep findings made me realized that these set of people don't get enough rest, because they are civil Servants, business owners, freelancers, students and parents to kids at the same time, and as such they hardly have the time to relax so as to calm the stressed body.

I've also experienced stress in school as a student, and it wasn't a good experience to be honest, so I'll share ways I used to overcome stress as a student.

FIRSTLY, WHAT IS STRESS?

STRESS
Is the emotional pressure suffered by human or is the state produced by a change in an environment that is perceived as challenges threaten, and is damaging to the person dynamic balance or equilibrium.

When a person is stressed, he or she feels agitated, disturbed and worry a lot, and this could lead to medical conditions if not taken care of.

NOTE: Stress affect the whole body of an individual which include physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and social aspect etc.

The way we response to stress is highly individualized, that is to say the way my body reacts when I'm stressed may be different from the way your body react when you're stressed. For e.g when I'm stressed, I loss weight, loss appetite, have blurry vision and experience migraine often. Whilst some people tend to bloat up, have increased appetite etc.
