Nudeart photographs (ENG/ESP)
Today I am going to develop the theme of the nude. A subject that has been discussed throughout history, from painting, sculpture, cinema, graphics and photography. Many consider it as art, others as an attack on morality. As time went by, customs changed, fashions changed, education changed, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse, but the treatment of nudity progressed and became more and more accepted. It is no longer as scandalous as it was in the past, it can even be seen more naturally. In photography, with the advent of the digital era, it became more within the reach of any individual, something that before had to resort to another type of photography with development and of a use limited to professionals who had the technology of the moment.
Hoy voy a desarrollar el tema del desnudo. Tema bastante discutido en toda la historia, desde la pintura, la escultura, el cine, la gráfica y la fotografía. Muchos lo consideran arte, otros como un ataque a la moral. Con el transcurso del tiempo, las costumbres fueron cambiando, las modas fueron cambiando, la educación fue cambiando, a veces para mejor otras para peor, pero el tratamiento del desnudo fue progresando y se ha ido aceptando cada vez mas. Ya no es tan escandaloso como lo fue en épocas pasadas, incluso se lo puede ver con mayor naturalidad. En la fotografía, con el advenimiento de la era digital, se puso mas al alcance de cualquier individuo, algo que antes había que recurrir a otro tipo de fotografía con revelado y de un uso limitado a profesionales que contaban con la tecnología del momento.
A few years ago, I was doing a photography course and we had sessions with nude models, at a dinner with friends the subject came up and a friend I've known for years was very upset, how was it that I photographed naked women? Recently another person close to me was also astonished that he took such photographs. So, now, I'm careful about who I talk to on this subject and prefer to keep a low profile so that I don't have to explain myself.
Hace unos años atrás, estaba haciendo un curso de fotografía y teníamos sesiones con modelos de desnudo, en una cena de amigos salió el tema y una amiga que conozco de años, se molestó mucho, cómo era que fotografiaba a mujeres desnudas?. Hace poco otra persona cercana también se asombró que hiciera ese tipo de fotografías. Por lo tanto, ahora, me cuido con que personas hablo de este tema y prefieron mantener un bajo perfil para no tener que dar explicaciones.
When I do a photo shoot including nude parts, the model accepts that situation, sometimes they are the ones who ask for them and for me they are photographs, they are treated with a lot of respect as their privacy is being exposed and they deserve to be treated with care. Also the advance of social networks has made this type of photographs to be seen more often and even more, made by the interested parties themselves.
Cuando realizo una sesión de fotos incluyendo partes de desnudos, la modelo acepta esa situación, a veces son ellas las que las piden y para mi son fotografías, se trata con mucho respeto ya que se está exponiendo su intimidad y merecen ser tratadas con cuidado. También el avance de las redes sociales ha hecho que este tipo de fotografías se vean mas a menudo y mas aún, hechas por las propias interesadas.
Todays there is a great variety of nude photography that covers all tastes and there are more and more people who are encouraged to do so, and this includes both women and men. Although there is a feeling that the female nude is the most seen, among other things because the curvaceous shapes of the female body are more pleasing to the eye than the angular shapes of the male body. Whenever I schedule a session that includes a nude, we discuss beforehand what we are going to do and agree on the type of photos to be taken, and everyone is happy. This way we avoid uncomfortable or violent situations.
Hoy hay mucha variedad de fotografía de desnudo y que abarcan todos los gustos y cada vez son mas aquellas personas que se animan a ello y en esto se incluyen por igual mujeres que hombres. Aunque hay una sensación que el desnudo femenino es el mas visto, entre otras cosas porque las formas curvilíneas del cuerpo femenino es mas agradable a la vista que las formas angulosas del cuerpo masculino. Cada vez que yo programo una sesión en la que se incluye un desnudo, se plantea preaviamente lo que vamos a hacer y se acuerda que tipo de fotos se harán y todos contentos. De esta manera se evitan situaciones incómodas o violentas.
It is different when hiring a photographer and models for a production, where the monetary factor comes into play and in this case we are talking about a different type of work of greater importance. These are some of my photos that I was able to take and that were a challenge in order to achieve a good product and that both parties leave happy with the result achieved and proud to be able to show that photo.
Distinto es cuando se contrata a un fotografo y modelos para una producción, en donde interviene el factor monetario y en este caso estamos hablando de otro tipo trabajo de mayor envergadura.De cualquier manera, y sea el trabajo que sea, todo se realiza bajo el mayor y mutuo respeto. Estas son algunas de mis fotos que pude realizar y que todo un desafío con el fin de conseguir un buen producto y que ambas partes nos vayamos contentos del resultado conseguido y orgullosos de poder mostrar esa foto.
