Ria's 6th Extraordinary Birthday

Before I welcome my extraordinary month of June let me tell you how special our last day of May is..

My dear Ria turned six years old this 31st of May. Because we weren't able to use the DIY umbrella @katsuki29 did for the flowers of May. We used it as her props for her birthday pictorial.

The dress that Ria wears is the dress she wore last December at their Christmas party. She was an angel. It was actually worn twice and the third, Katsuki had an idea of matching the umbrella with the dress. Watching online is a lot of help, especially making DIY stuff. She cut the silk bottom, tied and attached the same ribbon on the umbrella. And it's all done, I wasn't able to capture the details. But if you look closely it's really the same dress.

Katsuki is so busy nowadays, so after she finished the dress she fixed Ria's hair. I said it was too early to make a pictorial! But she has a lot of things to do. As you can see our house is flooded. So the theme for this year is the jelly fish theme! She's now putting in the make-up. After that she carries Ria to the boat. Too bad Ria has tantrums. She doesn't want Katsuki to accompany us! So she went down on the boat. I know nothing about taking pictures. So after she calms Katsuki rode again, but this time she brought her camera.

Performing the right angle, lightning, posture all of it was a worth of wait. I was paddling the boat, I was upset because a beautiful sunset didn't appear. But at least we had an amazing shot before night time. In my post on social media, I called my Slay Queen. That all we want is all of them to be healthy. And I'm thanking Lord for the gift of life.

On Ria's birthday her father bought her a big cake, Nutella her most favorite. And her grandma cooked her pansit, Filipino tradition - to have a long and healthy life. We couldn't forget her reaction after we surprise her with the cake and Nutella. While I'm filming Ria's reaction; it's like I wanted to cry. She sometimes wish that our house has no water. She also prayed it at night. Even our house is flooded, even we hate our situation. We still manage to be happy and contented.
