Sun, sand and sea

Today I tried another environment; one with more sun, sand, and salt water. My boyfriend @franchalad and I needed to leave the bad energies behind and his girlfriends proposed we to go to the beach this Sunday. He told me a day before, which left me surprised because I wanted to get up late, however, the idea was not so bad, so we decided to go.

The place is in Puerto Cabello, a tourist city full of beaches in the state of Carabobo, Venezuela. There are many places to eat, rest, hang out without people, or cool off while listening to the mesmerizing sound of the waves. It had been a while since I had been to a beach, so we prepared ourselves with a set of clothes, shoes, food, drinks both alcoholic and thirst quenching, and began to enjoy ourselves between conversations and good jokes.

The children are the ones who enjoy the entertainment paradise the most, I honestly am one of the people who stay still admiring the beauty of the sea. A cold breeze was caressing us enormously, I went into the water twice and I didn't feel like it anymore, because with the cold breeze, my body started to shiver and it's a terrible feeling.

I preferred to walk along the sand, looking at the extension of the place. The sun was incandescent, it felt very strong and, because of this, the sand was very hot, and bare feet did not hold much. But none of this defeats the beauty of the immensity of the sea, the corals that were close by, and the crashing motion of the waves that were rising strongly. I want to go back to the beach, but this time I won't be so cold.

El día de hoy probé otro ambiente; uno con más sol, arena y agua salada. Mi novio @franchalad y yo necesitábamos dejar atrás las malas energías y sus amigas nos propusieron ir a la playa este domingo. Él me avisó un día antes, lo cual me dejó sorprendido porque quería yo quería levantarme tarde, sin embargo, la idea no fue tan mala, así que decidimos ir.

El lugar queda en Puerto Cabello, una ciudad turística llena de playas en el Estado Carabobo, Venezuela. Hay muchos sitios donde comer, descansar, pasar el rato sin gente o refrescarse mientras escuchas el sonido hipnotizante de las olas. Tenía tiempo sin ir a una playa, así que nos preparamos con un conjunto de ropa, zapatos, comida, bebidas tanto alcohólicas como para pasar rápido la sed, y comenzamos a disfrutar entre conversaciones y buenos chistes.

Los niños son los que disfrutan más el paraíso de entretenimiento, yo sinceramente soy de las personas que se quedan quietas admirando la belleza del mar. Una brisa fría nos acariciaba con fuerza, me metí al agua dos veces y no me quedaron más ganas, ya que con la brisa fría mi cuerpo empezó temblar y es una sensación terrible.

Preferí caminar por la arena, mirando la extensión del lugar. El sol estaba incandescente, se sentía muy fuerte y, a causa de esto, la arena estaba muy caliente y los pies descalzos no aguantaron mucho. Pero nada de esto derrota la belleza de la inmensidad del mar, los corales que estaban cerca de allí y el estrepitoso movimiento de las olas que se elevaban con fuerza. Quiero volver a la playa, pero esta vez no seré tan friolento.
