Trips to the beach are always fruitful for the spirit, and this time I needed it because I had had a few days of terrible anxiety and needed some rest.

Yesterday I went with my boyfriend's family to a beach called 'Los' with some solid waves and delicious water temperature.

We left at 6 am and arrived at 7 am I thought the place would be further away but I was wrong. It was very early, so there were almost no people but as the hours went by, the site started to fill up.

We spent the whole day in the part where the little kids swim as it is a shallow part. I am not a very good swimmer, I just wanted to get my feet a little wet, but in the end, I ended up getting into the water.

The view from those rocks as you can see in that picture is excellent, I had to get on that little path to see better before the sun got too hot.

I went barefoot everywhere, as the feeling of the sand on the soles of my feet always brought me peace. I forgot how good it felt to stand there and listen to the ocean waves.

The place is a great place to have a good time, and although the trip there and back was a bit tedious, getting to that beach was well worth it.

Los viajes a la playa siempre son fructíferos para el espíritu, y en esta ocasión me hacía falta ya que he pasado unos días de ansiedad terribles y necesitaba algo de descanso.

El día de ayer fui con la familia de mi novio a una playa llamada 'Los con unas olas un poco fuertes y agua con temperatura deliciosa.

Salimos a 6 am y llegamos a la 7am pensé que el sitio quedaría más lejos pero me equivoqué. Era muy temprano, por lo que no había casi gente pero a medida que pasaban las horas, el lugar se empezó a llenar.

Estuvimos todo el día en la parte donde se bañan los niños pequeños ya que es una parte poco honda. No soy muy buen nadador, solo quería mojarme las pies un poco, pero al final terminé metiéndome al agua.

La vista desde aquellas rocas cómo pueden apreciar en aquella foto es excelente, tenía que montarme en ese caminito para ver mejor antes de que el sol las calentara demasiado.

Iba descalzo a todas partes, ya que la sensación de la arena en la planta de mis pies siempre me generado paz. Olvidé lo bien que se sentía al estar ahí y escuchar las olas del mar.

El lugar es estupendo para pasarla bien, aunque el viaje de ida y vuelta fue algo tedioso, llegar a aquella playa valió mucho la pena.
