My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2026
A harder than expected run across town but good mileage overall as I'm slowly improving.
I started off on the far western part of town and planned on running several dirt paths along the south side of the creek but several spots were fenced off so my 4 miles ended up mostly back along quiet side roads and the recreational path. Not the most scenic way but my pace was better and I'm feeling better as well.
Lulu and I enjoyed a much more scenic hike up by Spearfish Fals in the afternoon. Lots of people out and about by the lodge and the trails had plenty of hikers.
It was a moderate 2 miles around the area and the landscape in Spearfish Canyon is simply wonderful and every hike a great adventure.
