My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2026
An easy Friday as we finished our training and first volunteer shifts and now can enjoy three days to ourselves.
The weather was a variable mix of sunny and mild changing to a chilly wind and back to sun.
When Lulu and I went out for a nice long afternoon 4 mile walk The sun was out and it was a beautiful day to walk. There were several runners and walkers out and about but Lulu was trotting along and I was glad to follow.
Nice natural beauty, and it's good to have the creek rushing along.
It was a nice flat route so my effort wasn't too strenuous but I'm hoping to hit the running this weekend now that I'm on a regular schedule.
