My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2024
We had another miserable day of cold and heavy snowfall to keep us pretty much stuck at home and watch the snow ❄️ come down.
There were already a few inches of new snow on the ground this morning and the roads were still a mess so our morning walk was just a few loops around our RV park. It was a snowy mess but Lulu was whiny and she loves being out in the snow.
The forecast is for continuing snow until the weekend so when there was a little bit of a lull in the snow, we headed out for as much of a walk as possible.
Fortunately the traffic on the main street was very light so that I could walk a bit in the road and Lulu could cruise over the heavy snow plowed up onto the sidewalk.
Our back road loop was a bit snow covered buy it was a thin coating so the footing was fine (although messy).
We didn't bother to head up onto the dirt since it was covered with about a foot of snow so instead we just circled the road loop to add up to about 3 snowy miles.
The snow is still coming down and we'll probably be covered even more in the morning.

The snow is pretty, but if you're like me, moderation is a good word for it. It needs not to dump, but give us some so the landscape is pretty but not buried. Our last snowfall was 12" bout 3 weeks ago, but then it was topped off freezing rain which was really fun! (not!!!)
