I'm always grateful for that! You have HIVE in Savings, and you'd like to withdraw it so that it's liquid and usable again? If yes, I'd say that it would vary a little bit depending on which frontend you're using, but if you look at your wallet via PeakD, next to any HIVE in Savings will be a drop-down menu on the right, one option of which will be to withdraw. Once it's withdrawn as liquid again, then you can swap your HIVE for HBD via https://hivehub.dev/market/swap.
