There are 29 ingredients in total on that list (water included), though I wonder if @tydynrain has already changed any of the ingredients, as such list was made already more than a year ago. 😅 !LOLZ
Yes, at the height of my brewing, 29 different plants were in the mix, though I haven't made any batches like that, or on that scale, in quite some time, partly due to time, and partly because several important medicinals that were in that iteration have been lost, sadly. Maintaining beautiful and functional gardens here is very, very difficult. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I'd suggest to not expect anything, and yep, gardening here is ridiculously challenging.

Well, that's my hope at least. It's been there for a while, so the natural materials of the structure, mostly bamboo, are beginning to degrade, so I'm not sure how much longer that it will be livable. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I wish it were that simple. It was the first iteration of an experimental design by Sundog, the fellow who built it, and with how it's built, it's really not easy to replace most of the components. That may be a necessity at some point soon, but it would of course take time. I'm still in limbo. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

It's interesting that you mention that, because the structure of the Flow House, being geodesic, focuses and collects bio or life energy in a very beneficial way, so it's an excellent place to give sessions, and to work and sleep.

I am thinking that your local community (and other communities close to nature similar to yours) would benefit from more than one Flow House (or something similar to it), such that whenever you need to repair or renovate one, you can likely still use the other. 🤔🧘♂️🤓

Well, this particular tea was made from just one plant, Chinese rain bells, Strobilanthes Hamiltoniana, though several others could have been used in combination. I used to make huge quantities of a rather complex fermented (with local raw honey) medicinal tea blend for the whole community here for over two years. It took a lot of time to collect and process all the plants for that, but man was it amazing stuff! I have a lot to say on this topic, since I've had a great deal of hands-on, personal experience, with me as my guinea pig. There are plants here that can help heal just about anything. I've written about some past iterations of my tea blends, but spread out across several posts over the course of a few years. If you do an advanced Ecency search with me as the author, and with the keywords 'medicinal tea blend', it should pull up some of the relevant ones. If you can't find them, I can see if I'm able.
