I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

As many of you here on Hive have realized in your time here, Hive is a far better investment in terms of our time, energy, focus, and efforts than anything in the fiat domain, or even in the crypto world. It's get rich slowly, with the ability to easily create multiple income streams (many of which are passive), that can be converted into usable assets in the fiat world. The potential also exists, if Hive is widely adopted, to engage in entirely Hive-based transactions to render and receive payments.
Five years of reasonably consistent activity seems to be the approximate point when what we've put into the Blockchain begins to become self-generating, and the profit outputs begin to exceed the inputs. Profit after five years of focused work invested in a business is quite good indeed, and that's part of what Hive is, our personal business.
In five-year's time not only might living off what we do here become potentially feasible, but also our ability to help others here on the Blockchain to rise, as well. Imagine a single vote of ours on someone's post making their day! Or perhaps paying for a computer, or a plane ticket, with assets here. It's all possible, and much more!
I don't know if I'll be able to live off of what I build here in five years, and I'm sure there will be some that have been here for 5+ years that would disagree with me, but in terms of the best ROIs, Hive is at the top of my list. I'll also work my tush off to get to this point earlier than five years.
It was a gorgeous and sunny Saturday in the jungle today, and despite my time and focus, I wasn't able to fully catch up before I had to go do so work on the land. Thankfully I didn't have too much to go, so I wasn't too worried.
I weeded in the fenced garden and in my nursery today, I up-potted some Brazilian cherry seedlings, and I did more machete clearing work in various spots. It was a reasonably productive day.
When I finished working, I took a hot shower, made food, strained out more kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, then returned to the Flow House to finish my Hive catch up, write and publish my DailyDab: A New Joint-Venture Income Token Project post, and then begin writing this one. The DailyDabs post is a review of the new income tokens from SPInvest and BRO, which looks really interesting.
It's now almost 1AM, so quite past my bedtime, which means that I'm going to end this post now and go to sleep post haste! I deeply appreciate you all! Until tomorrow! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Yes! Where's the TydynRainForest Seeds, Saplings & Stuff shop? And how much is the shipping? I need a dozen pieces of bamboo, around 8 inch diameter and 8 inches high with the "node divider" left intact in one end, to use for plants pots. And a dozen different kinds of seeds to plant. If you could include a live bamboo plant that survives Swedish winters outdoors too I'd be eternally grateful. Bamboo shoots are delicious and I'd love to try cooking them from scratch instead of getting the canned stuff!

I love your comments @treefrognada! I adore the idea, and it's come up before! Seeds and items like bamboo sections would be fairly easy. Live plants get slightly more challenging with shipping regulations. I do know a woman in this area who does ship worldwide, though both seeds and plants, and she does very well for herself! There are actually several cold-hardy temperate species of bamboo which could likely grow there, though most of them have smaller (though edible) shoots. Certain larger Chinese species could potentially do OK there in protected spots. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
I think even some seeds are not allowed to be sent everywhere. My friend in Washington keeps refusing to give me any kudzu seeds, claiming it's counted as an invasive species. I have tried telling her that a green invasion is just what this country needs to shake things up, but she doesn't believe me 🤷
Hehe...indeed, that's true. Vine seeds cannot be sent here usually. Kudzu is a fantastic vine. I've seen it in the South-East US, covering quite large areas. I'm always spreading plants around. I'm kind of like Tydyn Appleseed! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Congratulations on your new plants! That's so good! The last photo is actually a thimbleberry, which is a type of tropical raspberry, Rubus rosifolius, also called the Moluccus Island raspberry. 😎Great job my friend it is interesting you say about the 5 years it sounds about right to me to be honest when you think of it as a business like you say.
If you set up a business plan, assuming people are doing it right it is normally a 5 year plan at least.
Anything offering riches quickly is more likely a scam or simply not typical.
I have seen people getting rich quickly, so it can be done but this was not the normal there was various varibles that enabled this to happen which is great but again this is not the normal.
Truth is if you want to build anything that is going to last and even make you finally rich, it will take time and like you say consistency.😉
The added advantage of Hive is anyone from just about anywhere with even barely any budget can find a way to grow and be successful should they wish it.
From an entreprenuer point of few or at least this one anyways is i wonder what excuses people will make, 🤔 because to be honest it should be none.
I don't know many places that pay financial rewards for not only your content but activity as well.👍

Yes, it's also true that getting rich quick does happen, but it's generally pretty rare. Nothing trumphs consistency over time.
