I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #490 - Today's My Big Powerup Day, and When It Rains It Pours! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Wednesday, November 29, 2023

I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

The big day to power up my 2,715+ HIVE to dolphin 🐬 level has arrived, along with a truly mind-blowing amount of rain here in my off-grid jungle community. I'll be powering up after 2PM my time, when UTC changes to the next day, and #HPUD comes to my neck of the jungle.

It's a bit challenging focusing on my giant #HPUD powerup at the moment, however, as we've been getting truly huge quantities of rain for about two days now, and it's been raining very intensely and torrentially since last night, with no breaks at all. Pretty much everything is wet, or at least damp. It's rather stressful trying to keep my technology, my phone, computer, and routers, dry, as the intensity of the rain, and a fair bit of wind too, is pretty much ensuring that everything is soggy. I haven't checked the rain gauge yet, but I'm pretty sure that we've gotten more than 2 feet of rain so far. That amount of rain at once is not common here, but it does happen from time to time.

Given the intensity of the rain, I'm not sure how much work on the land is going to get done today. I do at least have to go get cow food, but man, I am not looking forward to it. I imagine that I'll just focus on cleaning the Landing, as it's in desperate need of some TLC. I've been so busy lately that I haven't had much time to do so, but today seems like an appropriate day to devote some time to the task.

It's kind of cool to think that this will be my last post published at minnow level. I don't know if I can fully convey my excitement, relief, and satisfaction to have dolphin level firmly in my grasp, after so much focused effort and patience. It comes three months later than I had originally hoped, but it is finally here now, and it's a perfect way to end the year!

After today, my next short-term goal will be to reach orca level, which is requires 10 times the Hive Power that I'll have after I power up later today, which is wild to even consider! When will I attain orca level? Honestly I have no idea yet, though I don't really think that it will be very far off! And then it's whale level, at 10 times more Hive Power than orca. I think that there needs to be at least one level after whale, because to get to whale level requires around 571,808 HP (as of today), and yet there are accounts on the Blockchain that have multiple millions of Hive Power, which is at a totally different scale from what it takes to attain whale level. Maybe Leviathan or Titan Level, so high that it moves into the realm of myth?

Yesterday, Wednesday, the rain stopped just long enough for me to take photos for this post, and to collect cow food for the next morning's milking, then it started in ernest once again. I spent some time cleaning the Landing, before finally straining out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend. Once I completed that, I made myself some food, got food for my kitty friend, and then I made my way back to the Flow House, to jump into my evening round of Hive tasks, and catching up on notifications, which I was able to complete just after 11PM. I did a short round of token management, before heading to bed. I slept well until I was awakened by the intense rain just after 4AM. Since I couldn't sleep more, I did another round of token management and some catching up on notifications, before getting out of bed around 9AM to go collect my leftover superfood fire coffee, and food for my kitty friend, from the Landing fridge.

The time is approaching 10:45AM, so I'll end this post for now, so that I can get to my morning-to-afternoon round of Hive essentials, before doing my giant powerup to dolphin level on this very special #HPUD, after 2PM. As I mentioned above, I'm not sure how much land work is going to happen today, but we'll see how the rainy day flows! I deeply appreciate you all so very much!
