I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #332 - Hive Is a Wealth-Generating Machine - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Saturday, June 24, 2023

I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Hive is a great many things to the global community of people that make it up, with every one of us both giving and receiving value. That human value is the true wealth of this Blockchain. The various layer-1 and layer-2 tokens are our human value, tokenized, making it tradable, buyable, sellable, and able to be utilized in an ever-growing number of ways.

Hive is akin to a wealth-generating machine, with this tokenized human value combining with the miracle of compounding interest, allowing us to create an inexhaustible wellspring of usable assets. This is why Hive assets have more intrinsic and inherent value than any fiat currency, as they are not only not based on debt, but find their core value in us, you and me.

Compounding interest, which Einstein called the 8th wonder of the world, and which is one of the basic aspects of our Blockchain Ecosystem, is a magical thing indeed. With it assets have the potential to grow to a point where what is produced from the process of compounding interest begins to exceed that which is (or even can be) used. Anybody, anywhere in the world, can avail themselves of this financial wonder here on Hive. That is brilliant.

What we are doing here every day as we upvote and engage with others, is to help lift each other, ourselves, and the whole Ecosystem, higher, and this inches us ever closer to the exquisite place where the assets that we receive surpass that which we use. My desire and intention when I come on Hive every day is to get me and everyone around me to that miraculous place.

Again I find myself writing this post the next morning rather than during the usual evening time. I've found myself overcome by sleep at a certain point lately, so I don't fight it.

Yesterday was a nice balance of online and offline activities, with Hive catch-up and tasks receiving my focus from morning until about 2PM. Thankfully I finished most of what I needed. When I came down from the Flow House I spent a couple hours with Aloha and Mahina, playing in the pool, and going to see the Icelandic horses that are here on vacation. These two little girls have awakened a deep parental love in me that I've never experienced before, at least not at this level. I have deep love and care for them, and I love to see them happy.

After spending some time with them, I did a couple hours of focused work with Ano and @aukuna, digging up bunchie-top infected banana clumps. The girls wanted to come help too, but it wasn't very interesting work for them, so they wandered off after a short while. I was good and dirty and tired after so much digging, so my hot shower afterward felt glorious.

After working I strained out more kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, and made myself some food in the Landing (and helped Aloha with her food). After walking Aloha back to the Octagon, where she, her siblings, and dad stay, I returned to the Flow House to dive back into some focused Hive catch-up and tasks. I had just begun this post when the wave of sleep washed over me, and I had to fall into bed.

All yesterday Aloha and Mahina were begging me to go out to Sunday Funday with them, which is not something I've done since August. This morning they both came up to the Flow House to wake me up (I was already awake, but with my eyes still closed), and to continue their supplications convince me to go with them today. While I have no idea how I'm going to do what I need to do on Hive if I go out, I told them I would go with them. I spent a good bit of time in the morning helping them with food, and then I finally sat down on the couch in the Landing to continue with this post.

So I'm going off-property today to go to the beach (Kehena) and the Lawn (in front of Seaview, where I used to live with Kai) with Aloha, Mahina, Akua, and their dad Marko. I think we're leaving in the early afternoon, so I have to get as much catch-up done on Hive before I go. I'll write my giant Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update when I get back to GaiaYoga in the evening. I just pray that I'm not up super late doing it.

It's now about 10:30AM, and I need to focus on catching up here before I go out, so I'll end this post for now. I deeply appreciate you all! Until tonight...or tomorrow morning, depending on how things go! Onward and upward, together! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
