I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. After 4+ years of investing, leveraging, and growing assets in the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem, the most important advise that I would give regarding investing in Hive Engine's layer-2 assets is to get to know the people and projects that issue and manage them, because just about every token in Layer 2 (barring the SWAP representatives of other blockchains on Hive, like SWAP.BTC) are created and run by regular people around the world, and as such community trust is essential for projects and their assets to succeed over the long term. All projects and their assets are not created or managed equally at all. Some people run their projects in an exemplary manner, while others seem not to know, or even care about what and how they do what they do.

I joke all the time about learning how to run a project and token well, by seeing and experiencing all the really bad ways (not) to do it, but it's true, every negative experience that I've had with with a project or its token has informed me about how I can make the We Are Alive Tribe, and our ALIVE token, better for all of us. With my past unpleasant experiences with layer-2 investing, I've become increasingly discerning, picky, and selective about the people, projects, and tokens in which I invest, and for good reason.

Times like now, in which the Hive Blockchain finds itself in such a challenging position, are excellent for weeding out weak projects and assets, because only the most committed and dedicated people and teams will continue. There are indeed some rock-solid people and projects on Hive, and it's to them that I give my support and investments, because I've come to know, and to trust them, after having observed and interacted with them for notable lengths or time.

This investment discernment is obviously also carrying over into the diesel/liquidity pools in which I choose to add and grow liquidity, because both tokens in a pair need to be solid assets run by solid people, otherwise, if one or both of the assets crash in price, we lose on our investment in that pool. Because of this, I'm slowly pruning out pools where one or both of the tokens in the pair are not dependable or reliable, either due to poor management or even abandonment. I'm in a lot of pools, so this takes time. Having good liquidity in a few solid pools is a lot better then having it spread out across many mediocre or poor ones, and there are some excellent pools indeed.

It's my desire and intention to help build and grow strong mutual support and investments among the solid, dependable, reliable, consistent, 100%-committed-and-dedicated people, and their projects and assets, as we are capable of so much more in our collaboration, than we are focused only within our own isolated projects and communities. Maximum mutual benefit and support is the goal.

Yesterday, Wednesday, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks by around 12:30PM, I prepared for a session that was scheduled for 1:30PM. The session started on time, it went very well, and we wrapped it up by around 5:30PM, after which I stopped by the Landing to make myself some food (mini spiced-and-seasoned burgers, on olive-oil-toasted sourdough, with pepperjack cheese, and Dijon mustard), to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and with those in hands, to finally return to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks. I got everything done by just after 10PM, and after some asset management, and scanning my X feed, I went to bed a bit on the late side, by about 11:45PM. I woke up quite late, close to 8AM, still feeling that I needed more sleep, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 1PM, so it's an excellent time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, and then on community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
