I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1191 - The End of BRO and LGN, and the Rise of ALIVE - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Friday, October 31, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

My brain still feels frazzled after reading through the Hive Discord chat about what just just happened with the Brotherhood/BRO/LGN project...crazy stuff indeed. As many of you may already be aware, the market price for both BRO and LGN crashed to basically zero. I got wind of what was happening last night just before finishing up with Hive for the night, which allowed me to salvage a little over 7 SWAP.HIVE from my own BRO holding, and a bit over 25 SWAP.HIVE from our Alive Tribe BRO holding. I used 20 SWAP.HIVE from that to add 550 ALIVE to our new ALIVE:SWAP.HIVE liquidity pool on @aliveandthriving, which is the account from which I do most of our community's asset management. I also recalled my BRO and LGN HP delegations, and when they fully return in 5 days, I'll be redelegating the same amounts to @alive.chat and @heartbeatonhive. I'm choosing to invest in our own project, because I believe in what we're doing, and we're all sincere in our desires and intentions to make the We Are Alive Tribe amazing for all us.

Our new ALIVE:SWAP.HIVE diesel/liquidity pool now has a total liquidity of close to 1,000 ALIVE/40 SWAP.HIVE, with the swap price presently at 0.03939143 SWAP.HIVE/1 ALIVE. At the moment there are 4 liquidity providers in our pool: @aliveandthriving with 55.585%, Ben (@benthomaswwd) with 20.213%, me with 15.822%, and @edgerik with 8.380% of the total pool liquidity.

Ben kindly and generously donated 100 BEE for me be able to add liquidity rewards to our pool (thank you very much, brother!), which I sent to @aliveandsocial, the account that was used to create our ALIVE token, and both of our diesel/liquidity pools. Now I have to decide which assets to add to to our pool rewards, how much of each, and over what distribution period.

As I was pondering that, I had an idea. Since sending out the layer-2 tokens in the daily ALIVE dividends has been quite spotty since the implementation of the new rate limits, why not switch the distribution of most of our layer-2 assets sent out in the daily ALIVE dividends, to the daily liquidity rewards for our pool (as it would be immensely more dependable and reliable)? HIVE would remain in the daily dividends, as would ALIVE in the weekly payouts to ALIVE delegators, with all other layer-2 tokens that we distribute in the daily ALIVE dividends being moved to the daily liquidity rewards for providing liquidity in our pool. This should be balanced out by the fact that we'll also be sending out more HIVE in the daily dividends at some point soon.

Doing it this way also encourages people to add their liquid ALIVE to the ALIVE:SWAP.HIVE pool, which is very much needed, as high swapping liquidity is another component that gives value to ALIVE. I have a few things still to figure out with this method of distributing layer-2 assets, but I think that this change would be very helpful to allow us to be able to return to a reliable distribution of layer-2 tokens. Let me know what y'all think of this idea, and remember to add liquidity to our pool!

Yesterday, Friday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, a little after 2PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts. Once I had that done to my satisfaction, I went to chop and dump bad/used coconuts at the upper coco bar, and to tidy up the area a bit. When I had that done, I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, after which I nibbled on some spiced-and-seasoned popcorn that Chelsea made, and then I walked over to my friend Lea's property with the intention of helping her with a repair. Unfortunately I arrived there a bit too late, so she made dinner for us instead, which was very satisfying. The repair was reschduled for Wednesday. I left Lea's place around 6PM, and I arrived back at GaiaYoga, and the Flow House, just before 6:30PM, beginning my evening Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, and catching up on my Hive notifications, shortly afterward. Since I started so late, and due to trying to understand what was happening with the BRO project, I didn't finish on Hive until around 11:30PM, and after some asset management, and reading through the Hive Discord chat more, I went to bed, way too late, just after 12AM. I woke up a little after 6AM, still feeling that I needed more sleep, doing more asset management, reading more of the Hive Discord chat, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 12:45PM, so it's a really good time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, before preparing for a session at 1:30PM. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
