I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1067 - HPUD and Past 10,100 HP Today! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Sunday, June 29, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

So it's HIVE Powerup Day today (after 2PM my time), and I'm ready with 50+ HIVE to power up, all from passive income over the last month, which isn't bad at all. With this powerup today, I'll notably cross the threshold of 10,100 Hive Power, which may allow me to reach 10,200 HP by next week. Even without doing manual boosts to my HP (other than my monthly powerup of passively-accumulated HIVE), it is growing fairly quickly, and it's accelerating all the time.

Over the past week I gained more than 55 HP in rewards from posts and curation, and from passive interest, which is just about the highest that it's ever been. What I gain from passive interest, which is presently somewhere between 21 and 28 HP monthly (based on a 2.6-3.36% APR), continues to rise with my ever-increasing HP.

Over time, via solid income tokens and layer-1 and layer-2 delegations, I've worked to create and grow a consistent stream of HIVE, which is exactly what allows me to do my monthly HPUD powerups, without further manual boosting. I can see clearly that this decision is paying off for me, very thankfully.

While I am a bit frustrated that my HP is not increasing quite as quickly as I want, I also can't really complain, as it's not exactly growing slowly either. There's no question that I will need to do another big boost for me to have any hope of reaching my huge goal of 15,000 Hive Power before the end of the year in 5 months, on which I'm still working to make possible. We shall see.

Hive Power is one of our most valuable assets on Hive, so keeping it growing consistently is important. I don't plan on ever powering down, so whatever HP that I have at any particular time is the smallest amount that I'll ever have again, which is pretty cool. I'm all-in on Hive for the long haul, and I'm building a solid investment base in as many areas as possible, so my HP may grow more slowly than it does for some, but I'm determined to reach whale level regardless. I just want to be a whale across all Hive investment domains, not just in HP. It may take me longer, but I'm working to make it happen every single day, and I'm not stopping.

Yesterday, Sunday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, and some Alive Tribe asset management, quite late, just before 3PM, putting my attention on some photography for my posts first, then some sunbathing on the trampoline in the Peanut Lawn, and finally straining and blending my last batch of kefir fermented in raw whole cow milk (all succeeding batches will be fermented in a blend of coconut water, coconut meat, and honey). After finishing with kefir, I collected my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and I made my way back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got done by around 9:45PM, and after some asset management, and a long scan of my X feed, I went to bed just after 12AM. I woke up around 7:30PM, having slept reasonably well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write and publish My 161st Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: To Exceed 10,100 HP with Today's HPUD, and Steady Progress Across the Board, and finally to start writing this post. It's now just after 1PM, so a great time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first (as always) on photography for my posts, collecting another round of coconut meat and coconut water to ferment kefir, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
