In my area, this mushroom is usually called the oyster mushroom. In terms of naming, as in my picture above, this mushroom looks very similar to oysters in the ocean. They grew very much in one container but I cleaned it because the others were dead or wilted.

This mushroom rarely grows with branches, but if we find a lot of them, we can sell them at a higher price because the taste of oyster mushrooms with branches is very good compared to those without branches.
