Tasting a new kind of coffee – Coffee with Artichoke flavour - Coffee shop prompt No.3
Well! In the exhibition occurred in the last few months. I have experienced a lot of new kinds of coffee that made from the traditional to the modern way. One of the new coffee with special flavour I would love to share today to all of Hivers is about Artichoke coffee – A kind of coffee blends with a good herb.
The barista I met comes from Rusia, he lives and works in Viet Nam in several year. With a special love of coffee, he starts learning and finding out as much as knowledge that serves him. When I drop by his stand, he is pouring some small cup of coffee for the visitors who want to try it at first. I ask him something about the coffee cause its color look quite strange, not a sort of coffee that I have drunk before.
Artichoke is one of the popular and delicious botanical ingredients in my country, especially in Da Lat city. It is known as a good tea for detoxing the body inside. Now it comes up with a new recipe, blend with coffee.
The barista uses V60 pour over coffee for me. He put the filter into the dripper, then he pours the hot water into the filter in order to rinse it and prevent the paper smell and taste in the coffee. It is also a way to warm the V60 up quickly.
He also uses the scale, and put all devices (including the vessel and the dripper) on it. Adding the grind coffee in the filter, he starts pouring only a small volume of hot water to cover the coffee flexibly. After that, he continues to pour the water with a circular movement until the water is on the surface of ground coffee. Just wait for a moment when the coffee water drips into the vessel, Then he finally finishes his work.
He starts pour out the coffee into a paper cup and give it to me to try the flavour.
Well, the aroma is attractive a lot to me, even the flavour, it is not too bitter as the black coffee. I can taste the natural sweet of Artichoke in my tongue. I cannot deny the combination of coffee and artichoke cause it is truly amazing taste.
^^ Because coffee shop prompt this week just asked only 6 best pictures, that is why I have to think and consider which ones are the best, and finally I can make a decision myself to finish this week prompt ^^.
I hope my short story can give all of you a new coffee to taste and try if you want to look for a new one for daily life.

🤔 Hmm, this is a good post, but it's not necessarily what the prompt is about. The prompt is on a photo study of you presenting coffee photography, and discussing the photographic experience of the coffee, coffee products and paraphernalia.👀
However, this is very different! I've never heard about it, but if it's a trusted tea for beneficial results such as detoxing, I can see it as the perfect blend with coffee.
