Today, let me show you a simple way to paint a cherry tree. Draw a circle. The light is shining from the direction that the arrow indicates. So the shadow appears here. The sky is shown dark. When the tree is apparent, then draw some circles like holes in the blossoms.

This is a point of simply but clearly representing cherry blossoms. Then add some details, but remember this is a simple way to paint a tree. Do not draw too precisely. Simply draw zig-zag lines and holes. Now let's paint. The colors are simple as well.Thinly dissolve red and flesh color and loosely paint the draft. Now dissolve the same colors a little more thickly and paint the middle and lower parts of the blossoms.

Add some blue to that light color and dot them in the center. Add more blue to paint for the shadowy section of the blossoms. The shadow is placed obliquely downward on the right.Maybe splash some color on the blossoms. Don't do too much. Try to paint broadly.The color look slighter when it's dry. Make the same color again and tap the central area with the brush. See. it looks darker. Nice. Add more tones of colors in the center. The painting has no depth when a single or only a few colors are used. Yellow will be nice too.

Pink alone will make the painting a little boring. Just enjoy using various colors. Add red to blue to paint the shadow again. This looks simple, but it is the key for the tree to present a great presence to the viewer. Make sure that the shadow is emphasized. The shadow is crucial. This will be good. Add a lot of light blue to the color used for the blossoms to paint the sky. You don't need to stick to the original draft of the tree. Just enjoy painting. This is another tip for simply painting a cherry tree. If you stick too much to the sketch, the painting will be less dynamic. The sky should be painted so that the shape of the cherry blossoms is traced again. It's fun to draw paintings this way. Then remember these are the holes.
