DIA DE CUMPLEAÑOS NRO. 50,,,,,50TH BIRTHDAY

Hola nuevamente a todos los que componen esta magnifica comunidad de HIVE, de la que soy parte por ser un asiduo lector de todos los post que efectúan en cada publicación, hoy la verdad mi pecho rebalsa de alegría, por el solo hecho de haber llegado a la primera etapa de mi vida, por haber cumplido los primeros 50 años, pero eso no es solamente mi deseo si no que voy por 50 años mas y que mejor festejarlos con un buen asado y con la familia y amigos muy allegados, que son los que forman el circulo mas intimo de mi ser, que me brindan todo lo necesario para que uno se sienta muy bien y contenido. en el día a día.

Como les dije que mejor que festejar los primeros 50 años, degustando un magnifico asado el cual se trata de un cordero, un lechón, a la estaca o asador, hasta en este detalle me miman mis seres queridos, porque como bien saben soy el que siempre en cada evento, cumpleaños, fiestas o conmemoraciones especiales ahí estoy colaborando con lo que es el asado y uno de mis gustos mas preferidos es cocinarlos de esta manera a la estaca y con leños, todo muy natural.

Bueno también no debe de faltar el costillar de carne de res, bien marcado en tiras, como se puede ver en esta fotografía, quizás al cocinarse todo de esta manera, lleva su tiempo, pero cuando sabes que los que te aprecian, conocen tus gustos, no hay nada mejor que esperar el tiempo que sea para degustar un manjar de este tipo, es por todo eso que soy un agradecido de la vida, por ser tenido en cuenta en un día tan especial como lo es este en mi cumpleaños nro. 50.

Hello again to all those who make up this magnificent community of HIVE, of which I am part for being a regular reader of all the posts that are made in each publication, today the truth is that my chest overflows with joy, for the mere fact of having reached the first stage of my life, for having completed the first 50 years, but that is not only my wish but I am going for 50 years more and what better to celebrate them with a good barbecue and with family and close friends, who are the ones that form the innermost circle of my being, who provide me with everything necessary for one to feel very well and content. in the day to day.

As I told you what better than to celebrate the first 50 years, tasting a magnificent roast which is a lamb, a suckling pig, to the stake or spit, even in this detail my loved ones spoil me, because as you know I am the one who always in every event, birthdays, parties or special celebrations there I am collaborating with what is the roast and one of my favorite tastes is to cook them in this way to the stake and with logs, all very natural.

Well, you should also not miss the beef ribs, well marked in strips, as you can see in this picture, perhaps when cooking everything this way, it takes time, but when you know that those who appreciate you, know your tastes, there is nothing better than waiting the time to taste a delicacy of this type, that's why I am grateful for life, for being taken into account on a day as special as this is my 50th birthday.
