COCINANDO UN CORDERO PARA FESTEJAR,,,,,COOKING A LAMB TO CELEBRATE

Buenas noches a todos los seguidores de HIVE, no soy de efectuar muchos post, pero cuando lo hago es por algún evento muy especial, cuando digo evento es referente a este, el cual es para homenajear a los bomberos de mi pueblo, quienes la verdad cumplen una gran labor, tanto para la sociedad como para mantener a la naturaleza en la medida que se pueda en condiciones, digo esto porque en las temporadas de sequia, siempre están listo para cualquier circunstancias que se presente y la verdad que a veces las mismas son muy problemáticas, por la gran envergadura de un incendio por ejemplo a veces un accidente de transito o de otra índole, ciudadanos que ingresan al agua y no saben nadar, ya digo en lo personal ellos se merecen muchos agradecimientos, por parte de la sociedad toda y en este caso que mejor en brindarles este especial asado el cual consiste en un cordero y también unas roscas de chorizo casero.

Por supuesto que mejor que el de cocinar todo esto en estos asadores, que son una herramienta fundamental para este tipo de asado y por supuesto todo cocinado con leños, de esa manera se hace mucho mas facil y la comida sale estupenda, en todo sentido.

Bueno amigos como ciudadano, es una formalidad en lo personal en poder en forma de agradecimiento hacia esos héroes, que exponen sus vidas para con nosotros y siempre están muy atentos, en todo sentidos, entonces que mejor como dije de compartir con ellos este asado, como si fuéramos una familia todos.

PASADO AL INGLES

Good evening to all followers of HIVE, I am not to make many post, but when I do it is for a very special event, when I say event is referring to this, which is to honor the firefighters of my people, who really do a great job, both for society and to keep nature as far as possible in conditions, I say this because in the seasons of drought, They are always ready for any circumstances that arise and the truth is that sometimes they are very problematic, because of the large scale of a fire for example sometimes a traffic accident or otherwise, citizens who enter the water and can not swim, and I say personally they deserve many thanks from society as a whole and in this case what better to give them this special roast which consists of a lamb and also some homemade sausage rolls.

Of course what better than to cook all this in these roasters, which are a fundamental tool for this type of roast and of course all cooked with logs, that way it is much easier and the food comes out great, in every way.

Well friends as a citizen, it is a formality for me personally to be able to thank those heroes, who expose their lives for us and are always very attentive, in every way, then what better as I said to share with them this barbecue, as if we were all a family.
