The moment we've been waiting for all year has arrived! Sea, sand, and sun! 🌊 🏖️ 🌞 👙

My 14-year-old niece had been planning a girls-only getaway for a very long time. It was her ultimate dream, but every year plans changed in different directions, and somehow we just couldn't make it happen. She had been dreaming of this trip since she was quite little. Fortunately, this year everyone aligned their plans accordingly, and we finally set off on that dream vacation. However, we had one extra member with us (+1)—my brother! 😀 It messed up the "girls-only" vibe a little bit, but having a personal bodyguard along isn't a bad thing at all.

For our destination, we chose Fethiye / Göcek, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Turkey. If you ask me why, I could give you countless reasons. First of all, it is truly a little paradise! The bays and the crystal-clear, turquoise sea were our primary reasons for choosing it. On top of that, Göcek is an upper-segment holiday resort, which you can notice in every aspect. The restaurants, the service, the quality of the atmosphere, and the people around you—everything is organized at a high level to make you feel special. I can say there isn't the slightest flaw or annoyance that could make you uncomfortable there. I will be sharing much more information and photos about this place in the coming days, as today is only our first day.

After arriving at the same house we stay at every year and unpacking our bags, we rested a bit and enjoyed the pool because the weather here is incredibly hot! We are spending today at home, resting and hanging out by the pool, and for the rest of our holiday, we’ll be exploring the bays by boat.

I came here to rest, but the itinerary is so intense that I think I’m going to get even more tired instead 😀⛵ Fortunately, it’s a pleasant kind of exhaustion. Now, I want to put my phone aside for a bit and just enjoy the scenery and the silence. I’m so excited to share every single detail of this beautiful place with you.
