This is amazing. Hiking is some of the best "free fun" around. I use to like doing it I have mostly did it in New York but this is something to see.
How long did this hike take?
What kind of predators are in those part? (I have to ask lol)

Ha Ling takes about 3 hours, I'm not fit enough to run it or do it with breaks.
There would be Grizzly Bears, Black Bears and Cougars in the Canmore area.
