Rain is a gift for street photography, and in Edinburgh, rain is practically guaranteed, especially at this time of year. But it's not just taking photos in the rain that I love, it's also what happens afterwards, when puddles have formed everywhere and I can use them as reflective surfaces for my pictures. That's exactly what I did at the start of my very first photo walk in the Scottish capital.

Regen ist wie ein Geschenk für die Straßenfotografie und in Edinburgh hat man quasi eine Regengarantie, vor allem zur aktuellen Jahreszeit. Doch nicht nur das Fotografieren im Regen liebe ich, sondern auch danach, wenn sich überall Pfützen gebildet haben, die ich als Reflexionsflächen für meine Bilder nutzen kann. So tat ich es auch am Anfang meines allerersten Foto-Walks in der schottischen Hauptstadt.
