📷 „Fake Long Exposure“ at Blue Hour in Prague [EN/DE]

I'm currently trying to bring more and more minimalism into my photography. However, this doesn't apply to the composition of my pictures, but to my equipment. I've realised how heavy a camera bag can become if you want to be prepared for all situations and how much more effort it takes to go on a photo tour as the weight of the backpack increases. I therefore try to do without my tripod as often as possible and instead find other ways to achieve the effects of long exposures. One such way I have found is to create a silky-smooth depiction of water. For this I use the motion blur filter in Photoshop for the water and sometimes also the sky. That's exactly what i did with this photo and created two different colour looks. To prove that it wasn't originally a long exposure, you can find the RAW file below. I hope I was able to inspire you a little with it.

Ich versuche zur Zeit immer mehr Minimalismus in meine Fotografie zu bringen. Das betrifft aber nicht die Bildkompostion, sondern meine Ausrüstung. Ich habe gemerkt, wie schwer ein Kamera-Rucksack werden kann, wenn man für alle Situationen gewappnet sein möchte und viel mehr Überwindung es mit zunehmendem Gewicht des Rucksacks kostet, auf Foto-Tour zu gehen. Besonders auf mein Stativ versuche ich deshalb so oft wie möglich zu verzichten und stattdessen andere Wege zu finden, wie man die Effekte von Langzeitbelichtungen erzielt. Einen solchen Weg habe ich für die seidig weiche Abbildung von Wasser gefunden. Hierfür verwende ich den Bewegungsunschärfe-Filter in Photoshop für Wasser und manchmal auch den Himmel. So habe ich es auch bei diesem Foto gemacht und zwei verschiedene Farblooks erstellt. Zum Beweis, dass es ursprünglich keine Langzeitbelichtung war, findet ihr unten die RAW-Datei. Ich hoffe, ich konnte euch damit ein wenig inspirieren.
