Today I would like to show you a few more photos from my first day in Edinburgh. They were taken on Cockburn Street and at Usher Hall. This time I tried a slightly different style for the post-processing and worked extensively with masks in Lightroom. This allowed me to make the sky appear dramatically dark and highlight the buildings even more against this backdrop. I'm curious to hear what you think of this style. I think I'll use it more often in the future, even though it takes much longer to post-process the individual photos.

Heute möchte ich euch ein paar weitere Aufnahmen von meinem ersten Tag in Edinburgh zeigen. Sie stammen aus der Cockburn Street und von der Usher Hall. Diesmal versuchte ich einen etwas anderen Stil für die Nachbearbeitung zu verwenden und arbeitete sehr stark mit Masken in Lightroom. So konnte ich den Himmel dramatisch dunkel erscheinen lassen und die Gebäude vor diesem Hintergrund noch stärker hervorheben. Ich bin gespannt, was ihr von diesem Stil haltet. Ich denke, ich werde ihn in Zukunft öfters zum Einsatz bringen, auch wenn die Nachbearbeitung der einzelnen Aufnahmen dadurch sehr viel länger dauert.
