Hi Everyone

It’s the time of year when we start to welcome cruise ships back to Sydney Harbour. Spring is the time when it all starts, with winter being the down season for cruise ships. Sydney Harbour is one of the world’s most iconic cruise destinations. Our famous Opera House and Harbour Bridge are one of the reasons why cruise ships love coming to our city.

Spring means lots of sunshine, so we had a quick visit for lunch around the area. We could already see a huge cruise ship parked at the Overseas Passenger Terminal. As ships dock here, travelers are greeted by the sight of the Sydney Opera House on one side and The Rocks on the other. There are lots of eateries and shops for visitors to explore.

For those who don’t want to eat or shop, the harbour is great for photographers who want to take stunning pictures of our most iconic and famous landmarks. If you are lucky, a ferry will be in the background, making that photo extra special. No matter how many times we go to Circular Quay, I stand in various places admiring each view point. I love Sydney!
