Shadow is usually not visible unless the sun is shining. Especially mid-afternoon shadow can be seen. Sunlight falls on our body while walking on the road. Our body shadow can be seen in front or back on the road.
The sun shines on the grill of our balcony. The shadow of the grill is visible in our floor.
