Fungi Friday (my original photography)

And it's Friday again and I sit and go through my collection of mushroom photos to choose the best ones. Mushrooms are amazing creatures (I can't call them plants). They are very beautiful and photogenic regardless of the species.

I took these photos earlier, in September. Now we have been snowing for the second day and it is quite cold, about 8 degrees Celsius below zero.

This is a great occasion to return once again to the warm September days, when everything around was filled with bright colors of the coming autumn.

And again a small addition how to help Kherson animals. My friends from UPAW help animals there. These are real people whom I know and who also helped my animals after the occupation of the Kyiv region. I want to leave this announcement here in case someone wants to help the animals of Kherson.

The yellow-blue flag is fluttering over Kherson again, and we are all one day closer to victory! We remember at what price we return the square kilometers of our land. We remember that the enemy leaves behind only ruins.
We sincerely rejoice at the de-occupation of every settlement in the Kherson region but understand that local animals are in critical need of humanitarian assistance. We saw the condition of the animals of the Kyiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions after the occupation: they were exhausted, hungry, and frightened.
