My garden weekly review

Now I can confidently say that my garden has awakened from winter sleep. Due to spring frosts and snowfalls, my plants could not decide on it for a long time. But now every morning I see how another tree begins to bloom, how new flowers appear and how the bushes are covered with young foliage. This is a wonderful time - the declaration of a new life.

My magnolia has blossomed. I'm not very happy with the quality of the flowers this year. Maybe it's because of a difficult spring, but maybe the plant lacks fertilisers. I'll probably look for information about it tonight. Anyway, I wouldn't want to lose this tree, because I've been growing it for seven years!

A pleasant surprise was the fact that one of the ornamental almonds that I planted in the fall seems to give me a bloom this year. Let's wait 😉

My garden is quite chaotic. Garden plants are in its neighbourhood with wild plants and forest trees. I don't think it's a problem. Of course, I make sure that there is no so-called competition of tree crowns, but otherwise I give my garden the right to grow as it wants.

Besides, my rabbit loves some wild plants. Dandelions, willow branches are always a great addition to her diet.
