Irpin, Kyiv region. Top view 😉

Small, cosy, modern and provincial at the same time. That's how I see this city. In 2022, Irpin became one of the first victims of russian fascism. My friend spent several weeks there before she and her family were evacuated to Kyiv. They cooked outside on the open fire. The dead were buried right in the courtyards of multi-storey buildings. The fact that they survived is a real miracle.

Today, Irpin is living its usual life again. If, of course, periodic rocket attacks can be considered something familiar. But people, as you know, get used to everything.
