Recovery Run in a Windy day

Monday is usually the day I do my recovery session from the weekend training.
Obviously, the 8.6 km of trailrunning that I did yesterday are not many but, to be honest, Mondays don't give me time to do something longer either.
With which, my intention has been to do a short and smooth run, however, the weather has changed abruptly from yesterday to today, if yesterday we had sun and a pleasant temperature, today we have a cloudy, cold and very, very windy day.
Going for a run along the coastline is a joy, but I also have to say that it is always windy, even if it is light, however today, the gusts of wind were very strong, so you want to do a smooth run on the strip low aerobic has been very difficult.
I had some discomfort in my right knee, just my strong leg, and I didn't want to risk too much and cut the run at 5km and a little more. I have preferred to do mobility exercises and stretching to relax tension in the area.
I have taken the photos on the breakwater of the Olympic port, a black cat has appeared immediately, I suppose he was curious to see a human on such a cold and windy day.
I'm going to rest for a couple of days, to see if the knee gets rid of this discomfort.
