Thatโs a puzzle! Perhaps they are too lazy to make the effort.
Years ago, I recruited over fifty youngsters to sign up on Steemit, only a few carried on with posting . Then after a while they all went away!
I learned about this on newspaper article talking about blockchain and blogging. The writer blogged for a while, then he also disappeared.
I think you need to have strange kind of brain wave to stick to blockchain and blogging.
Despite so many well respected analysts talking down on Bitcoin, logically I still think itโs the future of financial structure! In the space age, a new kind of money is needed. But that will probably take twenty years for fully functional new world. By that time a new race of humans and AI will control the world! Perhaps after WW 3! ๐๐
Don't flush Hive down the drain? This "post, vote, earn" marketing is doing exactly that. Continuously attracting the wrong people. Similarly to the marketing of Steemit in the past. Hive need actual use cases, genuine posts and comments, and other types of interactions, and much more content consumers.
The problem is that they are not really coming. Mostly content creators are coming, and currently most of the users are already content creators. Most people focus on posting. Many good authors are ignored/overlooked. And the automatic upvotes are also reducing the number of content consumers. There are many posts (primarily not from me) with hundreds of upvotes and 0 comment. This is one of the biggest reasons behind the bad user retention of the Hive blockchain. We need actual use cases and proper marketing to see more content consumers.
I wrote in the comment above. Content consumers. There are many content creators. Most people focus on posting. Including me too. I use Hive mostly as a personal diary. I write mostly for myself. But most people would write for an audience. Hive need more content consumers, because currently most people focus on posting, and many good authors are ignored/overlooked.
Very visible!! How many people have signed up so far? I wonder how to ascertain the result.
I talked to a lot of people and gave away stickers but till now I have not seen anyone actually join.
It's a problem, maybe to difficult for most?

Yes, tech is moving fast! Can be scary.
I hope it's for the best that the future brings.

Told you before, content consumers welcome!
They can just vote and earn.

We all can do a lot more to promote the smaller/starting accounts.
The big Hive accounts are lazy! Autovote and circlevote.
Who are the right people
