RE: Cracked earth - driving to Stykkishólmur

Last year we were visited by a Spanish geologist who is living in his country and collaborates with the Institute of Geology and Paleontology of Cuba, which is the place where I work.
One of the things he told us was about the geological wonder of that country, mountain formations, types of climate and many other things.
As a Geography teacher I have always been amazed by this part of the planet, not only for the culture of its inhabitants, but also for the wonders of its landscapes.
This publication and the images you show demonstrate these criteria.
Thanks for sharing.
Happy Wednesday.
Cheers and greetings.
