Yoe Henry was photographed during an outdoor photoshoot with the UNITY Photography Club at Papas Eco Camp Marahang.

This time I was only lucky to be included in their photoshoot after asking permission with the chairman because this time it was not only close to their club member but also the location was private and it was impossible to crush again like before. If you recall, I shot Yoe Henry in my previous shoot while crashing their previous photoshoot party in Taman Rimba, Penampang. Thanks to @jalagas for introducing me to their chairman, and this time I'm coming with an invitation ticket as an outside photographer for their photoshoot.

THE TRADITIONAL COSTUME OF DUSUN TINDAL

Dusun is a local race on the island of Borneo. There were numerous races with distinct dialects in Borneo, particularly in our region of Sabah.Even in the same Dusun race, there were also different branches depending on their location; Dusun tindal is one of them.

This is Dusun Tindal's traditional costume. Now a days, it is very hard to see people wearing this costume in their daily lives. Since the attire was very expensive, they only use this costume during special occasions like weddings or Kaamatan (harvest festival). But a long time ago, you could see people wearing this costume walking around the town.

I love the way Yoe Henry presents those costumes. The way her smile showed the dusun tindal made her very friendly with people. But be extra careful if you talk to them because long way her smile showed the dusun tindal made her very friendly with people. But be extra careful if you talk to them because long ago, the dusun tindal warrior, also known as the head hunter, If you make a mistake with their family, you can kiss your head goodbye. They even put their job as head hunters on their identification card a long time ago. Fortunately, this culture has not been introduced into modern society.

I hope you like this series. It represents our local costume.

Thank you for stopping by; I'll see you in another post. Cheers.
