Lunch stop at Salut which popular with coconut grill

LUNCH TIME AT SALUT

After staying a few day at hometown to help my brother wiring his cafe and helping mom to prepare wedding stage for my cousin wedding , its time to go back in town.

Before we reach home in town , we stop by at salut to drink fresh coconut juice. But while waiting the coconut being serves , me and wife end up getting our lunch there.

I have posting about Salut in my previous post , but in that post i just mention that i only stop by to have some fresh coconut juices. Salut is popular with grilled coconut . There is a lot of restaurant beside the road that serves the grilled coconut. The grilled coconut juiced is actually taste like coconut juiced that being serve with coconut milk because the heat from the fire that grilled the coconut boiled the juiced inside with the coconut filling.

Other than coconut , salut also popular with their grilled clamp. This grilled clamp was actually calling my wife to get our lunch there. So , after getting the coconut juice for her and Nescafe iced for me (i need to drink something strong so i can continue the long distance drive afterwards) , we also order fried noodles and the famous grilled clamps.

They also sell some local product like tapioca chips , coconut pudding and other stuff.

While waiting the food being serve , i walk around the restaurant and get some picture of it. This is a bunch series of this place. I hope you gonna love it :).

After a few minutes , the lunch is being serve and its time to dig the food .

Adding the fried clamps with some chille and lime make the food taste perfect.

As expected the food and drink is perfect and delicious . The all food and drink was cost RM 32.50 . We pay using cash because they didnt provide electronic wallet services (pst pst we almost dont have enough money to pay cash , all blame to my wife who teach me to become cashless . LOLS jk)

We continue our journey home and its still take about 45 minutes to reach home because the traffic jammed.
