📸 Snails After Summer Rain 🐌🌿

Today I will show you photos of snails that I took this summer. That's right, it's the third day of summer outside and I've already managed to get wet in the heavy summer rain. When I got home, as you probably guessed, I immediately went to a special place in my garden where snails live. I took a few photos and sat down to read a little about them. So, why do snails hide in their shells at the slightest noise?

Snails love moisture, which is why I am lucky to see them after the rain. They hide in their shells to protect themselves from adverse conditions. What is adverse weather for snails? It is drought, too much heat makes them weak, it can cause them to dry out, so they hide in their shells to keep moisture inside. They also hide from predators. In difficult weather conditions for them, they can hibernate for a long time, and they close their shells with their mucus, making a kind of protective shell from the outside world. Then, when the snail feels safe and favorable conditions, it climbs out of its shell again. I hope you found it interesting)

Сьогодні я покажу вам фотографії равликів, які я зробила цього літа. Саме так, надворі вже третій день літа і я вже встигла промокнути під сильним літнім дощем. Коли я приїхала додому , то ви вже напевно здогадалися одразу пішла до особливого місця в моєму саду, де мешкають равлики. Зробила кілька фотографій та сіла трішки про них почитати. Отже, чому равлики ховаються в панцир від найменшого шуму ?

Равлики вологолюбиві, саме тому мені щастить бачити їх після дощу. Вони ховаються у панцир, щоб захиститися від несприятливих умов. Що таке несприятлива погода для равликів ? Це посуха, занадто багато тепла робить їх слабкими, це може привести їх до пересихання, тому вони ховаються в панцирі, щоб зберегти всередині вологу. Також вони ховаються від хижаків. У важкі для них погодні умови вони можуть впадати у тривалу сплячку, а панцир вони закривають за допомогою свого слизу, роблячи таку ніби захисну оболонку від зовнішнього світу. Потім, коли равлик відчуває безпеку та сприятливі умови, знову вилазить з панцира. Сподіваюсь вам було цікаво)
