Eating Chicken Soups And Happy Drinking at Full Moon Night

Yesterday was the full moon night of the Burmese month of Tasaungmone.
In Myanmar, we usually celebrate the Tasaungdaing festival .
During the Tasaungdaing festival, people especially release fire-balloons and have fun.

However, during this period of civil war, only a few cities are celebrating the release of fire-balloons.
More than 75% of the country's population is no longer able to enjoy the festivities.
However, since it is a Burmese cultural festival, there is no celebration, but a celebration is held.

According to Burmese beliefs, the night of the full moon of Ta Saung Mone is called the "night of medicine".
It is said that on the night of the full moon of Ta Saung Mone, the stars and constellations can be seen in the sky in full color.
Therefore, it is believed that any plans made on the night of the full moon of Ta Saung Mone are successful.
Some people say that if you look at the moon and pray at 12 o'clock on the night of the full moon, your prayers will be fulfilled.

Nowadays, the way we rural people celebrate the full moon night of Ta Saung Mone is to prepare delicious food and feed friends.
Some people who can afford it invite guests and serve food.
The special dish of Ta Saung Mone full moon night is "chicken soup".
Chicken soup is a dish made from domestic chicken cooked in a soup.

We also cooked chicken soup last night and ate it with friends.
For those who like to drink, we eat chicken soup with beer or whiskey.

မင်္ဂလာပါ မိတ်ဆွေတို့ရေ။

မနေ့က မြန်မာလဖြစ်သော တန်ဆောင်မုန်းလပြည့်ည ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ကျွန်တော်တို့မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ တန်ဆောင်တိုင်ပွဲတော် ကို မြိုင်ဆိုင်စွာ ကျင်းပလေ့ရှိကြပါသည်။
တန်ဆောင်တိုင်ပွဲတော်၌ အထူးသဖြင့် မီးပုံပျံများ လွှတ်တင်ကြကာ လူအများ ပျော်ပါးကြပါသည်။

သို့သော် ပြည်တွင်းစစ်မီးတောက်လောင်နေသော ဤကာလ၌ မြို့ကြီးအချို့၌သာ မီးပုံပျံလွှတ်တင်ခြင်းကို စည်ကားစွာ ကျင်းပဖြစ်ပါတော့သည်။
နိုင်ငံလူထု၏ ၇၅% ကျော်ကတော့ ပွဲလမ်းသဘင်များ၌ မပျော်ပါးနိုင်ကြတော့ပါ။
သို့သော် မြန်မာ့ယဉ်ကျေးမှုပွဲတော် ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ပျော်ပွဲရွှင်ပွဲ မကျင်းပဖြစ်သော်လည်း အထိမ်းအမှတ်ပွဲတော့ ပြုလုပ်ကြပါသည်။

မြန်မာလူမျိုးတို့၏ အယူဝါဒအရ တန်ဆောင်မုန်းလပြည့်ည ကို "ဆေးပေါင်းခသောည" ဟု ဆိုကြပါသည်။
တန်ဆောင်မုန်းလပြည့်ည၌ ကောင်းကင်၌ ကြယ်တာယာနက္ခတ်တွေ စုံလင်စွာ မြင်တွေ့ရနိုင်သည်ဟု ဆိုကြသည်။
သို့ဖြစ်၍ တန်ဆောင်မုန်းလပြည့်ည၌ လုပ်ဆောင်သော အစီအမံများ အောင်မြင်သည်ဟု ယူဆကြပါသည်။
အချို့ကတော့ လပြည့်ည ၁၂ နာရီအချိန်၌ လမင်းကို ကြည့်ကာ ဆုတောင်းလျှင် ဆုတောင်းပြည့်နိုင်သည်ဟု ဆိုကြပါသည်။

ယခုကာလ၌ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကျေးလက်ဒေသနေပြည်သူတို့ တန်ဆောင်မုန်းလပြည့်ည ပွဲတော် အထိမ်းအမှတ် လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပုံမှာ စားသောက်ဖွယ်ရာများ ပြုလုပ်ကာ မိတ်ဆွေများကို ကျွေးမွေးကြခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ငွေကြေးတတ်နိုင်သူအချို့ကတော့ ဧည့်သည်များ ဖိတ်ကြားကာ စားစရာများ ဧည့်ခံကျွေးကြပါသည်။
တန်ဆောင်မုန်းလပြည့်ည၏ အထူးဟင်းလျာကတော့ "ကြက်ကာလသားချက်" ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ကြက်ကာလသားချက် ဆိုသည်မှာ အိမ်မွေးကြက်သားကို စွပ်ပြုတ်သဖွယ် ချက်ထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ကျွန်တော်တို့သည်လည်း မနေ့ညက ကြက်သားအရည်ချို ချက်ပြုတ်ကာ မိတ်ဆွေများနှင့်အတူ စားသောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ယမကာသောက်တတ်သူများအဖို့တော့ ကြက်သားဟင်းရည် ကို Beer or Whiskey နှင့် တွဲကာ စားသောက်ကြပါသည်။
ယခု ဖော်ပြထားသော ဓာတ်ပုံများသည် မနေ့က မိတ်ဆွေများနှင့် စားသောက်နေကြပုံ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
