A small trip with kids / Malý výlet s deťmi - Dúbravská hlavica

Spring is perfect for trips. It is difficult to do some longer hikes with small children, but when the weather is nice, you just have to go somewhere.

Last time we've decided to visit Dúbravská hlavica. You can reach the forest by car via an old military road. The remaining few hundred meters to several kilometers (depending on the destination) can be walked even by the smallest tourists.

From the place where the road ends (it doesn't actually end, but there is a ramp), you can continue either further along the road behind the ramp, or through the forest along the forest path.

Jar je na výlety ako stvorená. S malými deťmi sa síce nejaké väčšie túry dajú robiť len ťažko, ale keď je pekné počasie, niekde vyraziť treba.

Naposledy sme sa rozhodli pre Dúbravskú hlavicu. Po starej vojenskej ceste sa dá prísť autom až do lesa, zvyšných pár sto metrov až niekoľko kilometrov (podľa cieľa) zvládnu aj najmenší turisti.

Od miesta kde končí cesta (ona vlastne nekončí, ale je tam rampa) sa dá ďalej pokračovať buď ďalej po ceste za rampou, alebo cez les po lesnom chodníku.

Already a few hundred meters further we arrive to the first "attraction" - a wooden house, which seems to have been created quite spontaneously, people passing by sometimes just add something at it :)

Už o pár sto metrov ďalej prichádzame k prvej "atrakcii" - drevenému domčeku, ktorý ako sa zdá vznikal celkom spontánne, občas na neho niekto niečo prihodí :)

From here you can continue to the Devínska kobyla, the Devín castle, but also to several secret corners that you won't find in the tourist signs.

Odtiaľto sa dá potom pokračovať na Devínsku kobylu, na hrad Devín, ale aj k viacerým tajným zákutiam, ktoré v turistickom značení nenájdete.

A few hundred meters further up the gentle hill is a spring, near which there is also a gazebo with a table and benches and an official fireplace where you can grill.

O niekoľko sto metrov ďalej smerom do mierneho kopca sa nachádza prameň, pri ktorom je postavený aj altánok so stolom a lavicami a oficiálne ohnisko, kde sa dá opekať.

We ended our trip here, roasted something for lunch and played with the water from the spring.

In the meantime, in the near area we explored... I don't know what, but it looks mystical and historical :) The impression of this place was intensified by the discovery of the remains of an unknown creature, I'm guessing a wild boar.

My sme tu náš výlet zakončili, opiekli sme si niečo na obed a pohrali sa s vodou z prameňa.

Medzi tým sme ale ešte v okolí preskúmali... neviem čo, ale vyzerá to mysticko-historicky :) Dojem z tohto miesta umocnil aj nález pozostatkov neznámeho tvora, tipujem diviaka.
