A quick and easy dish. Boerewors and rice baked in the oven.

Hello, it's tigermom here. I'm writing this food blog here from South Africa. My name is Charlotte and I am married and have a six-year-old son.

I'm going to share it, especially for my friend @clairemobey. When we made it I thought maybe you would like it.😉 okay let me start talking and show you guys what we made.

Today I'm going to share a quick and easy dish my husband made for us. It took an hour in the oven and it was done. The dishes were not much either, and not even expensive either.
All that you need are
Boerewors
1 onion
1 and a half cups of rice
3cups of water
1 packet of brown onion soup

To start take a oven pan or bowl that you can use in the oven. Then take a cup and a half of rice and add it to the pan or bowl.

The next step is to cut the onion just as you prefer to add it to the rice.

We took about 500 grams of boerewors and cut it up into pieces add it on top of the rice and onions.

Then add 3 cups of water and add the packet of brown onion soup to the water and mix well. Pour the soup over the food and bake for an hour at 180.°c. Add some more water if you make more than 1 cup of rice.

This is how it looks if its done. It will be nice if you add cheese. But we didn't have cheese. Well now my dish are done and it tastes very delicious.

I want to ask you guys something! Where can I also post my stories to get more votes and make money?
I hope that you guys have a wonderful Sunday.

Oh yeah well done to South Africa with the rugby. It was a tough game. Sorry about your loss England.
